Delivery

The learning programmes are supported by robust delivery platforms.

They offer fast download speeds, high reliability/availability, and are compatible with popular operating systems, web browsers, and word processing software.

All learning materials are readily accessible via our easy-to-use e-learning programmes. No special computing skills or knowledge is required. Participants simply need to:

• be registered as a student
• have been issued with a user name and password
• have access to an Internet capable computer
• have a basic knowledge of how to open and interact with websites
• have access to and a basic ability to use a word processor
• have the ability to send and receive e-mail (with attachments)

• Most modern web browsers including: Internet Explorer 6+, Mozilla Firefox 1.0+, Apple Safari 1.0+, and Opera 8+
• Microsoft Office, Star Office, and Open Office documents (for assignments)
